Life design for women at a crossroads

See more possibility.
Find your way forward.

I help women understand what is keeping them stuck, widen the frame so they can see the range of possibles, and test what might fit next, without pretending real-life constraints do not exist.

WHEN SOMETHING NO LONGER FITS

You do not need to have the full answer.

Widen the Frame.

Whether work no longer fits, a relocation has unsettled you in more ways than you prepared for, or the life that once made sense does not quite fit now.

The question is rarely just “What should I do?” It is often a mix of identity, money, relationships, expectations, energy and timing.

02‍ ‍What is keeping me stuck?

03‍ ‍Where do I actually have agency?

MY APPROACH

I combine coaching, systems thinking and human-centered design to help you understand the situation, challenge assumptions and test small possibilities in real life.

See. Make sense. Try.

See the Bigger Picture

See the Bigger Picture

Step back from the noise and notice what is really shaping your situation.

Make Sense of What Matters

Make Sense of What Matters

Find clarity beneath expectations, pressure, and untested assumptions.

Test What Could Be Next

Test What Could Be Next

Turn insight into small experiments instead of waiting for a perfect answer.

COMMUNITY

Think alongside women figuring out what fits now.

You do not think your way into what is next.
You act your way into it.

WHY A SYSTEMIC APPROACH

Because no decision happens in isolation .

A career question can also be about identity. A relocation can affect work, confidence, family roles and belonging.

You first have to look at the system around the decision, then find where movement is possible.

SYSTEMS THINKING

See the connections, constraints and patterns.

COACHING

Reach insights that feel genuinely yours.

HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN

Generate options and test what might fit.

LIVED EXPERIENCE

Keep the work grounded in the messiness of real change.

ABOUT RATIBA

I know what it feels like when the life that used to fit no longer does.

For more than 20 years, I worked on behavior and social change using systems thinking and human-centered design to understand why people and societies change, or not.

I have also rebuilt my own work and life through relocations and career shifts, so I know that a crossroads is rarely a neat decision on a blank page.

Your circumstances are real but they are not necessarily the whole story.

Today I bring those lenses together with my professional coach certification -in progress- to help women navigate change with more perspective, agency and self-trust.

That work is grounded in something that has always shaped my own life: curiosity. I tend to follow it wherever it leads, whether that’s experimenting with gel printing, finding ever more creative responses to my teenage sons’ sass, or playing the saxophone rather less elegantly than I would like.

NOTES
